Acceptance of terms and conditions

By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Please read carefully these terms and conditions before placing an order.
These Terms and Conditions can be subject to changes without notice.
Even if Terms and Conditions have changed after you placed your order, those that apply to you are the Terms and Conditions in force at the time you placed your order.

Online shop opening times

The shop may be closed for a few days at certain times of the year, especially Christmas.
Age restrictions and health.
Because of the nature of our products, we can not accept orders from customers under the age of 18. By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you are over 18.

How do I fill the registration form? Shall I checkout as a guest or open an account?

You can open an account on this website or checkout as a guest. However, we advise you to open an account with us, as it will make all your future orders easier.
Whatever your choice, some fields are mandatory in our registration form: our carrier Fedex requires us to enter the customer's mobile phone number, so we have made this field mandatory. Please enter a valid phone number so our carrier can contact you easily about your delivery.
Please make sure that all the information you enter in your order form is correct and complete. Trinity Ales can not be held responsible for the delivery of your parcel to a wrong address.
Please also inform us in your order if you do not wish your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour. We will then inform our carrier about your choice.

Cancellation of your order

You can cancel your order after placing it and up to three hours before your parcel is picked up by our courier or dispatched by our team. Please contact us for all cancellations. Your cancelled order will be fully refunded on your Paypal account.
Our beers.
Please note that all our ales are craft "bottle conditioned", which means there will be a proportion of yeast retained in the bottle after the bottling process, to enable the beer to have secondary fermentation. For this reason we have added on the back label, under the list of ingredients, the recommendation to pour with care.

Payment policy

We currently accept Paypal payments only. Debit and credit cards can be processed through Paypal if you do not have a Paypal account.


Not all carriers accept to ship alcohol.

We have chosen to use Royal Mail for the delivery of a parcel containing one to two bottles (= 1 litre of beer maximum) or more generally for parcels weighing under 2000 g, and Fedex Economy for the delivery of all other parcels.

When your parcel weighs less than 2000g, you can choose between RM standard delivery (1st or 2nd class), or RM Signed For delivery (1st or 2nd class).
If you buy three bottles of beer (no gift pack), you can choose to send them in 2 separate parcels with Royal Mail SF instead of Fedex Economy. 

Fedex usually picks up your parcel the next working day (excuding week-ends and bank holidays) after you have placed your order. Orders placed after 3pm may have to be picked up in 2 working days.

Delivery estimates

When using Royal Mail 2nd class, and when using Fedex Economy, your parcel should be delivered in 3 to 5 working days after it has been dispatched. These are only estimated delivery times, and may vary according to your delivery zone.

When using Royal Mail 1st class, your parcel should be delivered in 1 to 2 working days after it has been dispatched. These are only estimated delivery times, and may vary according to your delivery zone.

Multiple orders: we combine postage whenever possible.

Delivery zones

- Orders processed with Royal Mail : prices shown are for UK mainland addresses only. Isle of Man and Channel Island customers, please contact us for a quote.

- Orders processed with Fedex Economy: please refer to your delivery zone, as defined by Fedex, when choosing your delivery option at checkout:

Zone DA: England and Wales
Zone DB: Scotland
Zone DC: Northern Ireland and Isle of Man
Zone DD: Channel Islands

Orders showing a wrong delivery zone option will have to be cancelled.

We currently do not sell to international customers.

Collection in person.

You can collect your parcel in person in our Gisleham premises. Please contact us for an appointment. Orders can not be collected if the online shop is temporarily closed.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds accepted, provided all bottles are still unopened and sent back in their original and full packaging and protection, and with the same carrier. Bottles can not be refunded once you have opened them.

Customers have 14 days, from the moment they receive their parcel, to return it, and they pay for the return postage.

Once we have received your returned parcel, we will issue a full refund (item + initial postage) on your Paypal account.

We will not refund bottles that are not sent back in their original and full protection if they arrive unsealed , cracked or broken.

Broken bottles

Please contact us immediately in case some of your bottles are broken when you receive your parcel.
